Rosano Psychiatry and wellness

If you’re ready to reach your full potential,

I’m ready to help you take the first step.

  • We try to exercise, to eat healthy, to drink enough water, and get enough sleep. But what do we do when that isn’t enough? What about when it isn’t a matter of willpower, nor a lack of trying, but rather a true chemical imbalance?

MY PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

  • TRUST

    We are a team.

You are the expert on you, I am the expert on treatment options. We work together to find a plan and approach that help you feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful.

  • TIME

Change is a process. When we meet, there is no urgency to rush that process. If we determine you are a good candidate for medication, I’m here to talk about options, for however long you may need, and to answer as many questions as you may have- no judgment, no pressure. Just time.

  • Change

The last step? The best step. The appointment when you tell me that “the fog is lifting”, “things feel lighter”, and you “finally feel like the best version of yourself” Think of this as your new beginning.

ABOUT ME

My name is Lisa Rosano and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

I provide psychopharmacology treatments for individuals in the state of Massachusetts who are 18+. I have over 10 years of experience working at both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care, with past experience providing care at Boston Children's Hospital, Walden Behavioral Care, Commonwealth Psychology Associates, and other Boston area behavioral health groups. I provide diagnostic assessment and medication management to individuals with a variety of psychiatric conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mood disorders. I have a specialized interest in working with clients who are pregnant or postpartum and require medication management during this highly vulnerable time. I value a holistic approach to patient care including helping patients acheive an overall sense of well-being through psychoeducation, collaboration, and client advocacy. I received my Master of Science in Nursing degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2014 and completed my undergraduate work at Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree.

I am truly honored to be trusted with your care and I look forward to working with you!
